Our principle
This website has no user accounts, no form that stores your data on a server and no online shop. It exists to inform you and to make booking easier.
Data we may receive
When you contact us (phone, WhatsApp, email, Dabadoc): the information you choose to send us, such as your name, your number and the reason for your request. It is used only to reply and to organise your appointment.
Quick request form: it prepares a WhatsApp message on your device. Nothing is stored by the website: the message is only sent if you send it yourself.
Health information: please do not send us medical details by message. They will be collected during your consultation.
Audience measurement (Google Analytics), with your consent: pages viewed, device type, visit length and clicks on the call, WhatsApp and booking buttons. Google Analytics 4 does not keep visitors’ IP addresses.
External content (Google Maps, Instagram posts): it is displayed automatically on the home page. These services receive your IP address and may set their own cookies as soon as it is displayed. You can limit this by blocking third-party cookies in your browser settings.

Displaying the map and Instagram posts: our legitimate interest in showing you the centre’s address and news.
Cookies and storage used
Your cookie choice (your browser’s local storage, needed for the site to work): remembers your answer to the banner for 12 months.
Google Analytics (cookies _ga and _ga_G-29SQ7QTW2R, set only if you accept): audience measurement, up to 2 years.
Google Maps and Instagram (displayed automatically): cookies set by these services under their own policies.
The site itself uses no advertising cookies; the third-party services displayed (Google Maps, Instagram) apply their own rules. Fonts are those of your device: no font is loaded from an external service.
Managing your choice
You can accept or refuse audience measurement at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. For third-party cookies, use your browser settings (block third-party cookies, delete cookies).
Retention
Messages received by WhatsApp, email or phone are kept for as long as needed to follow up your request and your care record, in line with the obligations that apply to the practice.
Recipients and transfers
Your data is neither sold nor passed on. Audience-measurement data is processed by Google, which may host it outside Morocco. The website is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which processes visitors’ IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site.
Your rights
Under Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right of access, rectification and objection. To exercise them, write to bajismilesandbeyond@gmail.com.

The website is designed to be served over HTTPS to protect exchanges between your device and the server.
